Do gift cards expire?

Nope!

Can I use my gift card online to pay for my virtual reality reservation?

Unfortunately, the booking system we use does not support gift cards at the moment. If you’d like to use a gift card for a virtual reality reservation, you can give us a call at (513) 322-5570 and book over the phone.

What if I lost my gift card?

If we’re can locate the original purchase with a credit card or gift receipt, we can usually issue a new gift card. Doing this will clear the original gift card and transfer the balance to a new card.

We will always do our best to help solve any issues with gift cards.

Do I get my loyalty points for gift cards?

Yes! When you spend the balance on your gift card you will get loyalty points like using cash or a credit card. We do not give loyalty points when you purchase the gift card.
